sucks! LA Lakers' 2 cOnsecutive LOsses..

Yep, tO aLL yOu Laker fans, Lakers LOst twice in a rOw this week - first was a 1 pOint game against the Spurs and just this Friday - a 6 pOint game LOss frOm superman D hOward's OrLandO magic. HOward is as weLL Leading, by the way, the Latest pOLL resuLts fOr this seasOn's MVP and kObe cOmes in secOnd. NO questiOn Of kObe's drive tO puLL his team up and stiLL retain that #1 spOt in the western cOnference and 3rd OveraLL. But twO straight LOss for just a very smaLL remainder - mereLy 3 shOts and fisher cOuLd've made it just a twO Out the perimeter Line and a bareLy haLf shOt? - just scares me.

Amazing - The sun came out today from hiding since last week so I happened to be on a 'shopping mode' this morning. After work, I braved myself through its scorching heat to experience some warmth to kiss my skin.. Didn't have a particular item to purchase yet so I walked the halls of Landmark and Glorietta and passed by their shoe section - there's Converse, Vans, Lacoste, Nike, Adidas stores [etc.] just around the corner right next other. My eyes feasted over the pairs of shoes with brands worn by the most famous people/celebrities on earth like Kobe Bryant, Tony Hawk, Travis Pastrana, Kurt Cobain just to name a few. I settled on the Converse rack in one corner and looked for a prospect pair.. hmmm.. thought of shopping around.. ["Don't be a lil impulsive jerk or you'll poke our head real hard!" I told myself.] Since these are limited issues, I'm pretty aware that they're subject to availability so I took MRT off Megamall to try some luck if there's anything else. And tada! I saw this pair and purchased them right away before somebody else does.. It came with a white all star shirt using my reward points. Well, need I say more? As always, its style never cease to mesmerize me.

-here's a song i've been listening to lately.. it's from a band called 'the fray' and songtitle is 'you found me' from their album called 'how to save a life'..
here's a little get-to-know-the-band facts:
-The Fray is a Grammy Award-nominated four-piece alternative rock American band from Denver, Colorado.
-The Fray was formed in 2002, and currently consists of Isaac Slade (vocals and piano), Joe King (guitar and vocals), Dave Welsh (guitar) and Ben Wysocki (drums and percussion).
-I didn't know the band until the song was played over 103.5maxx fm [a radio station in manila]. So basically the song appealed to me then the band. Just liked the confidence and rhythm of the song especially when words came out the vocalist's mouth til that part before he hits chorus - don't ask me to go on any further coz i'm telling you it'll save us both time, ok? just try to download this on your gadget or in ways you know how and you'll know why.. i won't suggest this if you'll end up turning off your gadget in the song's first lines anyway..
